For 36V DS carts we carry Eco Battery Gen3, Bolt Energy 36V 105Ah, Allied Lithium 36V 105Ah, Dakota Lithium 36V sets, and the Lithium Rhino 36V 105Ah (38.4V) kit. For 48V DS carts, Epoch's 48V Mini kit, the Bolt Energy 48V 105Ah Square, and the Lithium Rhino 48V 105Ah Cube are all listed as Club Car DS compatible. The EZGO RXV runs on 48V. We carry multiple specific kits including Eco Battery Gen3 Skinny and Thru-Hole bundles for both Samsung Gen1 (2017–2021) and Samsung Gen2 (2022+) factory lithium systems, Bolt Energy 48V, Epoch 48V, Allied Lithium 48V, and Lithium Rhino 48V. If your RXV came from the factory with a Samsung lithium system, Eco Battery makes a dedicated replacement kit that keeps your factory electronics and display working as original.
The EZGO TXT is available in 36V and 48V. All seven brands we carry have compatible kits: Eco Battery Gen3, Epoch, Bolt Energy, Allied Lithium, BigBattery, Dakota Lithium, and Lithium Rhino. Eco Battery's Gen3 kits use the original TXT charging port with no wiring changes required on most model years.
The Yamaha Drive and Drive2 run on 48V. Compatible options include Eco Battery Gen3, Epoch 48V, Bolt Energy 48V, Allied Lithium 48V, and Lithium Rhino 48V. Eco Battery makes model-specific Yamaha kits for the Drive G29 and Drive2 with cart-specific mounting hardware included.
ICON EV carts (i20, i40, i40F, i60 and related models, 2021–2024+) run on 48V. Epoch and Bolt Energy both make compatible 48V kits for ICON. Eco Battery is the only brand that includes a dedicated display cluster that replaces the factory dashboard display and shows battery status, speed, voltage, and odometer, giving the cart a full OEM-finished look after conversion. For 2021–2023 ICON models with the ICON MCU, Eco Battery's kit uses CAN Bus communication to integrate fully with the cart's factory electronics.
Evolution carts use a 9-pin CAN system. Eco Battery makes a specific Gen3 Thru-Hole bundle for Evolution (9-pin only) that communicates directly with the cart's electronics. A CAN adapter harness is included in the kit.
Eco Battery makes a specific 51.2V 150Ah Gen3 bundle for Denago carts, providing higher capacity than standard 105Ah kits for extended range.
Yes. Lead-acid chargers are not compatible with LiFePO4 lithium batteries and will damage them. Every kit we sell includes a lithium-specific charger matched to your cart's voltage, so no separate charger purchase is needed.
In most cases yes, with the right kit. Eco Battery's Gen3 kits use CAN Bus communication to integrate with factory electronics on EZGO, Club Car, Yamaha, ICON, and Evolution carts. For ICON specifically, Eco Battery is the only brand that includes a replacement display cluster that maintains full dashboard functionality after conversion.
LiFePO4 batteries in our catalog are rated for 3,500 to 5,000 charge cycles depending on brand. With regular use of 1–2 cycles per day, that translates to 10–15 years of service life compared to 2–4 years for lead-acid. Epoch and Dakota Lithium both carry 11-year manufacturer warranties. Eco Battery Gen3 carries a lifetime limited warranty on the battery itself.
