AUTHORIZED DEALER NOTICE
Lithium Battery Supply is an authorized dealer of premium U.S. battery manufacturers including Epoch Batteries, Dakota Lithium, and others. We do not manufacture batteries. This price match policy applies to products from our manufacturer partners sold through our authorized dealer store.
Price Match Policy
At Lithium Battery Supply (operated by Ennigma Commerce LLC), we are dedicated to providing competitive prices on lithium battery and charger products from our U.S. manufacturer partners. Our Price Match Policy ensures you receive the best qualifying price on identical items from the same manufacturers, subject to the terms below.
How to Request a Price Match
- Contact our customer service team prior to your purchase.
- Submit the following details:
- URL to the competitor's product page or advertisement
- Screenshot showing the lower price
- Your order number (if already purchased)
Eligibility Requirements
Qualified Retailers
- Must be an authorized U.S. retailer or dealer of the same manufacturer's products
- Must have the identical manufacturer's item in stock and available for immediate purchase
- Must offer new, identical items (same manufacturer, model number, specifications)
Timing
- Price match requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
- Matches apply only to current, available offers
- Seasonal or limited-time promotions may be excluded
Product Requirements
- Items must be identical (same manufacturer, model, size, specifications)
- Products must be in stock at both Lithium Battery Supply and the competitor
- Items must be sold and shipped by the competing retailer (not third-party sellers)
- Both products must be from the same manufacturer (e.g., both Epoch Batteries, both Dakota Lithium)
Exclusions
- Clearance, closeout, or liquidation sales
- Flash sales or limited-time deals
- Promotional codes or bundled offers
- Pricing errors or typographical mistakes
- Items requiring membership (e.g., wholesale clubs)
- Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or similar event pricing
- Open-box, refurbished, or used items
- Third-party marketplace sellers (e.g., Amazon third-party, eBay)
- Unauthorized dealers or gray market sellers
Post-Purchase Price Protection
If you find a lower qualifying price within 14 days after your purchase from Lithium Battery Supply, we will refund the difference, subject to the eligibility requirements above.
Process and Verification
- Our team will verify the competitor's price, authorization status, and eligibility criteria.
- We will notify you of approval or denial within one business day.
- For approved matches, the price will be adjusted before purchase or refunded to your original payment method.
Limitations
- One price match per identical manufacturer item is allowed.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities based on manufacturer availability.
- We may modify this policy at our discretion with notice.
- Final price match decisions are at the discretion of Lithium Battery Supply.
- Price matches only apply to products available through our authorized dealer partnerships.

Note: As an authorized dealer, Lithium Battery Supply sells products manufactured by third-party U.S. battery manufacturers. Price matching applies to the same manufacturer's products sold by other authorized dealers or retailers. We do not manufacture batteries.
