All warranty service is provided directly by manufacturers. Lithium Battery Supply facilitates communication but does not itself provide warranty coverage. All warranty coverage is solely provided by the product manufacturer. Lithium Battery Supply is not responsible for warranty decisions, approvals, or outcomes made by manufacturers. 11. Prohibited Activities
