The Epoch 48V 105Ah LiMax Series Lithium Golf Cart Battery Complete Kit (BB51105A-Kit) is a single-unit lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) battery system designed to replace the original lead-acid battery bank in 48-volt golf carts. It includes everything needed for a complete conversion in one package.

This battery delivers 5.376 kWh of stored energy, 200 amps of continuous discharge power, and a rated cycle life of 3,500 full charge-discharge cycles. The sealed steel enclosure carries an IP67 waterproof rating, meaning it is fully protected against dust and water immersion up to one meter for 30 minutes built to handle rain, mud, and outdoor conditions without concern.

The built-in Battery Management System (BMS) automatically handles overcharge protection, over-discharge protection, short circuit protection, and temperature cutoffs. There is nothing to adjust and nothing to maintain. No water to add. No terminals to clean. No acid fumes.

Bluetooth connectivity is built directly into the battery. Using the free Epoch Li-ion App on an iPhone or Android phone, you can check the charge percentage, cycle count, and battery health at any time without opening the battery compartment. Over-the-air firmware updates are also available through the app.

The kit ships with cart-specific mounting brackets for EZGO RXV, EZGO TXT, Yamaha, Club Car Precedent, Club Car Onward, Club Car Tempo, and other standard 48V platforms. The included 48V 15A lithium charger is designed specifically for LiFePO4 chemistry it is the correct charger for this battery and should be used in place of any existing lead-acid charger.

This battery is covered by an 11-year manufacturer warranty from Epoch Batteries. The battery cells carry the full 11-year coverage.
