On a stock cart, the 120Ah pack delivers roughly 40 to 50 miles per charge, about 10 miles more than the 105Ah kit, while removing well over 100 pounds of lead-acid weight. Because it uses LiFePO4 (lithium iron phosphate) cells, the cart holds steady power and speed from a full charge down to nearly empty, instead of the slow fade lead-acid batteries are known for.
This is a complete drop-in kit. It includes the battery, a 25-amp smart charger, a 40-amp converter for your 12V accessories, mounting brackets and hardware, a dashboard LCD gauge, and everything else needed to finish the install in an afternoon. A built-in Bluetooth module connects to the free Lithium Rhino app so you can check battery health from your phone. Charging in the cold? You can upgrade to the Self-Heated version of this kit, which warms its own cells before charging in below-freezing temperatures. It is the better choice if you store or charge your cart in an unheated garage, barn, or outdoors through winter.

Installation
This is a do-it-yourself drop-in kit. Most owners complete the install in about 2 to 4 hours with basic hand tools. The kit includes the mounting brackets, hardware, and drill bit needed to secure the pack.
Basic steps
- Disconnect and remove your existing lead-acid batteries using the included removal strap.
- Mount the lithium pack in the battery tray with the universal brackets and hardware.
- Connect the heavy-gauge main cables and the 40A DC converter for 12V accessories.
- Install the charge port adapter and plate, and mount the LCD gauge.
- Mount the 25A charger, power on, and confirm state of charge on the gauge or Lithium Rhino app.
