The Eco Battery Lithium Bundle for the Bintelli Beyond is a complete conversion kit that replaces your cart's heavy lead-acid batteries with a single GEN3 LiFePO4 battery. If you want more range, less weight, and zero battery maintenance on your Bintelli Beyond, this is the drop-in upgrade that gets you there.
Everything needed for the swap comes in the box: the battery, a CAN-enabled charger, Bintelli-specific cables, a charge-port adapter, the correct mounting kit, and a remote wake-up button. Because it's built specifically for the Beyond platform, you're not piecing parts together from different sources the kit is matched to your cart.
Moving from lead-acid to lithium cuts your battery weight by roughly half, which improves acceleration, handling, and hill climbing. You also get faster charging, more usable capacity, and freedom from watering, acid, and corrosion. The GEN3 Battery Management System (BMS) protects the pack during charging, driving, and storage, and the battery is backed by a Limited Lifetime warranty with U.S.-based support.
Choose the 105Ah Thru-Hole bundle for standard 2- and 4-passenger carts and everyday range, or the 160Ah bundle for 6-passenger carts, hills, heavier loads, and modified setups that need maximum range.
Please note: Bintelli carts require a one-time programming step after installation, done with the Eco Battery Power Tech Tool (sold separately) or by an authorized Eco Battery dealer. See the Tech Tool & Programming tab for full details.

The Eco Battery Power Tech Tool (A-0012) is required to program the cart after installation and is sold separately.
Tech Tool & Programming
What happens if I install the battery without the Tech Tool?
The battery will power your Bintelli, but the cart won't run the way it should until it's programmed. On Bintelli carts the dash gauge and controller communicate with the battery over a CAN network, so before programming you may see the state-of-charge gauge read incorrectly or stay blank, and the cart may run in a reduced/limp state or not drive properly. This is expected on an unprogrammed cart, not a defective battery.
Can I program it later, or does it have to be done during installation?
You can program it later. Programming is a one-time step done on the installed cart, and it can be completed the same day or any time afterward, installing first and programming later does not harm the battery. Because the cart may not drive correctly until it's programmed, most owners complete programming right after installation.
Do I have to buy the Tech Tool myself?
No. You can buy the Eco Battery Power Tech Tool (A-0012, sold separately) and program the cart yourself, or take the installed cart to any authorized Eco Battery dealer for programming. Buying the tool makes sense if you want to do it yourself, own multiple carts, or plan to keep firmware updated one tool programs unlimited carts.
Why does a Bintelli need programming when some carts don't?
Bintelli uses serial communication (like ICON, Advanced EV, Epic, and Moke). On these carts the Tech Tool flashes the cart's controller and configures the battery to your controller and gear ratio so everything reads and drives correctly. Some older carts don't require this step, but Bintelli does.
I already own a Tech Tool, can I use it?
Yes, but update it first. Eco Battery advises an older Tech Tool must be on firmware v0.5.24 or higher before programming a GEN3 battery on a Bintelli. Using an outdated tool during a controller update can corrupt the controller.
FAQ
Will this fit my Bintelli Beyond?
Yes. It's built for the Bintelli Beyond and fits lifted and non-lifted carts with stock gearing and controllers up to about 450A. If your motor or controller is heavily upgraded, contact us first.
Should I get the 105Ah or the 160Ah?
Choose the 105Ah Thru-Hole for standard 2- and 4-passenger carts and everyday driving. Choose the 160Ah for 6-passenger carts, hills, heavier loads, or a modified cart where you want maximum range.
How much range will I get?
Roughly 20 - 45 miles on the 105Ah and up to 50–70 miles on the 160Ah. Actual range depends on terrain, load, driving style, tire size, and controller.
How long does it take to charge?
As little as about 5 hours with the included CAN charger, depending on how depleted the pack is.
Do I need the Tech Tool?
Yes, for a Bintelli the cart must be programmed after install. You can buy the Tech Tool (sold separately) or have an authorized Eco Battery dealer program it. See the Tech Tool & Programming tab.
Can I install it myself?
The physical install is straightforward with the included Bintelli-specific mounting kit, cables, and charge-port adapter. Eco Battery publishes a step-by-step Bintelli Beyond install guide and an install video. The one specialized step is the one-time programming.
Will it charge in cold weather?
Standard Eco Battery packs will not accept a charge below 32°F internal temperature, and the battery must be powered on to accept charge. This is protective behavior. If you ride in freezing climates, ask us about heated battery options.
Can I run batteries in parallel or series?
Eco Battery supports parallel setups on capable carts (see Eco Battery's parallel wiring diagram) but does not recommend running the batteries in series. If you're unsure whether your cart supports parallel use, contact us before purchasing.
How do I read the state of charge?
Once programmed, the cart's CAN-connected dash gauge displays the battery's state of charge as a percentage, similar to a fuel gauge.
Is lithium safe?
LiFePO4 is a stable lithium chemistry, and the GEN3 BMS adds multiple layers of protection (over-current, over-temperature, short-circuit, and thermal runaway) with multiple temperature sensors.
How do I protect my warranty?
Register your Eco Battery within 90 days of purchase to secure full warranty coverage, give the charger a dedicated 20-amp circuit, unplug the charger before turning the cart on, and never tow or push the cart with the Tow/Run switch in "Run."
What warranty does it come with?
The battery is backed by a Limited Lifetime warranty with U.S.-based support. Registration within 90 days of purchase is required.
