We are not a manufacturer, we are a reseller that connects customers with certified lithium battery products from Epoch Batteries, Dakota Lithium, BigBattery, Allied Battery, and Bolt Energy.

We operate entirely online, serving customers throughout the 48 contiguous United States. All orders are fulfilled by our manufacturer and distributor partners and shipped directly to you from their U.S. warehouses. We do not hold physical inventory.

How We Operate

Order Fulfillment: Lithium Battery Supply does not hold physical inventory. When you place an order, it is fulfilled and shipped directly from our manufacturer or distributor partner's U.S. warehouse to your address, the same fulfillment model used by major retailers. Customer Support: We are your primary point of contact for all order questions, product guidance, and warranty coordination. If an issue arises, we work directly with the relevant manufacturer on your behalf. Contact our team here.

Returns & Refunds: We honor return and refund requests per our store-level Return & Refund Policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Please review our full policy or contact our team before returning any item.
